الاتفاق
هذه الشروط اتفاق بينك وبين شركة Novotech Alliance for Design and Custom Software W.L.L. سجل تجاري رقم 226267، الدوحة، قطر، مقدّمة خدمة إنفيتفاي. باستخدامك الخدمة توافق عليها وعلى سياسة الخصوصية.
الخدمة
تتيح لك إنفيتفاي تصميم دعوة لمناسبتك، وإرسالها لضيوفك عبر واتساب والبريد الإلكتروني، واستقبال ردودهم، وإدارة الدخول يوم المناسبة. الخدمة ذاتية: أنت من يصمّم ويضيف الضيوف ويرسل.
حسابك
يجب أن يكون عمرك 18 عامًا فأكثر، وأن تكون بياناتك صحيحة. أنت مسؤول عمّا يحدث في حسابك وعن أعضاء فريقك ومساعدي الباب الذين تدعوهم.
ضيوفك ورسائلك
- لا ترسل إلا لأشخاص لديك الحق في دعوتهم والتواصل معهم، ولمناسبة حقيقية.
- لا تستخدم الخدمة للإعلانات أو الرسائل الجماعية غير المرغوبة أو أي محتوى مخالف للقانون أو مسيء أو منتحل لغيرك.
- تلتزم بسياسات واتساب (Meta) للرسائل. يحق لنا إيقاف الإرسال أو الحساب عند إساءة الاستخدام.
الأسعار والدفع والاسترداد
الأسعار معروضة في صفحة الأسعار بالعملة المحلية. الدفع عبر Stripe. يمكنك استرداد كامل ما دفعته لمناسبة ما لم تُرسل أول دعوة فيها؛ وبعد بدء الإرسال لا يُسترد المبلغ. لطلب الاسترداد راسل support@invitfy.ai من بريد حسابك مع اسم المناسبة.
المحتوى والذكاء الاصطناعي
ما ترفعه وتكتبه يبقى ملكك، وتمنحنا الإذن باستخدامه لتقديم الخدمة لك فقط. قد نقترح نصوصًا أو تصاميم بمساعدة الذكاء الاصطناعي؛ راجعها قبل الإرسال، فأنت مسؤول عمّا تُرسله. تبقى القوالب والخطوط والبرمجيات والعلامة التجارية «إنفيتفاي» ملكًا لنا أو لمرخّصينا.
التوفّر والمسؤولية
نعمل على أن تكون الخدمة متاحة وموثوقة، لكن التوصيل يعتمد أيضًا على جهات أخرى (مثل واتساب ومزوّدي البريد وشبكات الاتصال)، ولا نضمن وصول كل رسالة أو توقيتها. في حدود ما يسمح به القانون، لا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا عن أي مناسبة المبلغ الذي دفعته لها، ولا نتحمل الأضرار غير المباشرة.
الإنهاء
يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من إعدادات الحساب. يحق لنا إيقاف حساب يخالف هذه الشروط.
القانون
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة قطر، وتختص محاكم الدوحة بأي نزاع.
التغييرات والتواصل
إذا غيّرنا هذه الشروط تغييرًا جوهريًا سنخبرك قبل سريانه. للتواصل: support@invitfy.ai.
Terms of Service
The agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Novotech Alliance for Design and Custom Software W.L.L., Commercial Registration 226267, Doha, Qatar, the provider of Invitfy. By using the service you accept them and the Privacy Policy.
The service
Invitfy lets you design an invitation for your event, send it to your guests over WhatsApp and email, receive their replies and manage entry on the day. It is self-serve: you design, add your guests and send.
Your account
You must be 18 or over and give accurate details. You are responsible for what happens in your account, and for the team members and door helpers you invite.
Your guests and your messages
- Send only to people you have the right to invite and contact, and only for a real event.
- Do not use the service for advertising, unsolicited bulk messages, or any unlawful, offensive or impersonating content.
- You follow WhatsApp's (Meta's) messaging policies. We may stop sending, or suspend an account, in case of misuse.
Prices, payment and refunds
Prices are shown on the pricing page in local currency. Payment is by Stripe. You can get a full refund for an event until its first invitation is sent; once sending has started, it cannot be refunded. To ask for a refund, write to support@invitfy.ai from your account's email address with the event's name.
Content and AI
What you upload and write stays yours; you allow us to use it only to provide the service to you. We may suggest wording or designs with the help of AI; check them before sending, as you are responsible for what you send. Templates, fonts, software and the Invitfy brand remain ours or our licensors'.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available and reliable, but delivery also depends on others (such as WhatsApp, email providers and networks), and we do not guarantee that every message arrives or when. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any event is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time in your account settings. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and the courts of Doha have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes and contact
